At Maison Paloma, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Period:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.

Excluded Items:
Personalized or customized products, final sale items, and intimate goods (such as underwear) cannot be returned or refunded.

Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@maisonpaloma.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with detailed instructions to ensure a smooth process.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In such cases, Maison Paloma will cover all return fees.
